An AI call agent for your business phone. It picks up after hours, while you’re on a job and when every line is busy. It answers questions, books the appointment and texts you a summary.
An evening call to a plumbing firm. Press play, or pick a line to jump to it.
Thanks for calling Northgate Plumbing. You're speaking with our automated assistant, and this call is recorded. How can I help?
Hi, yeah, um... there's water coming out from under my kitchen sink. It's not, like, gushing, but it won't stop.
Okay, let's get that sorted. First, can you find the shut-off valve under the sink, and turn it clockwise? That should stop the water.
Hang on... okay. Yeah, that's done. It's stopped.
Good. Since the water's off, this isn't an emergency call-out tonight. I can book the first visit tomorrow, at eight a.m. Does that work for you?
Eight's fine, yeah.
Great. Can I take your name, and the street you're on?
Dan Price. On Maple Avenue.
Thanks, Dan. You're booked for eight tomorrow morning. You'll get a text confirming it, and the plumber will call before they head over. Anything else I can help with?
No, that's it. Thanks.
You're welcome. Have a good evening.
Simulated call. “Northgate Plumbing” and the caller are fictional, and both voices are AI-generated. It’s here so you can hear the pace and tone, not a recording of a client.

Your clients ask for AI phone answering. I build it for you.
I build, test and maintain a call agent for each client, under your brand, with you as their contact. You set the price to your client. Each agent gets its own script, rules, number and summary recipients, and a monthly transcript review.
Ask about agency termsAbout two weeks from the first call to going live, depending on your booking system.
You tell me which calls you miss, what callers usually ask and what should happen next.
I write the greeting, approved answers and rules from your real FAQs, prices you’re happy to share and booking steps. You approve it.
You and your team call it as often as you like and try to catch it out. Nothing goes live until you’re happy.
Calls forward from your existing number: after hours, when you don’t pick up, or all the time. Your choice, and you can switch it off.
I read the transcripts, fix answers it got wrong and adjust the rules. After that, a monthly check.
A fixed setup price and a monthly fee, in writing before you commit.
Setup covers the script, the test number, your calendar or booking connection and two weeks of tuning. The monthly fee covers hosting, updates and a monthly transcript check. Phone and AI usage is per minute and listed separately, so a busy month never surprises you. No long contract.
This is a new service. I haven’t launched one for a client yet, so the first few are priced as pilots, with a clear way out if it isn’t working.
Yes. Your number stays the same. Calls forward to the assistant at the times you choose: after hours, when nobody answers within a few rings, when the line is busy, or all day. You can turn forwarding off at any time.
Yes. It says so at the start of every call. Hiding it would damage trust, and in some places it’s a legal requirement. It still sounds natural, and callers can ask for a person.
It doesn’t guess. It takes a detailed message and tells the caller someone will get back to them, or transfers them if your rules say so. Those calls show up in your summary so you can add the answer for next time.
Usually, yes: Google Calendar, Outlook, Calendly and many booking systems with an API. If your software has no way in, it takes the booking request and texts it to you to confirm.
A fixed setup price and a monthly fee, both written down before you commit. Phone and AI usage is billed by the minute and listed separately in the quote, so you can see what busy months cost.
Yes, with a local number in each. It follows local rules on call recording notices and data protection, and I set the greeting and disclosures for where you are.
Yes. It can detect the caller’s language and answer in it, or offer a choice. Each language’s script is checked before launch.
