The house is the work of the famous Japanese architect Tadao Ando. He signs an achievement ultra contemporary which was designed to serve as a showcase for the art collection of its owner Willian Bell Jr (the son of the producer of The Young and the Restless and Love, Glory and Beauty). Fifteen years were needed to complete this disproportionate project which gives pride of place to concrete and light reflection. The property is located in Paradise Cove where Beyoncé and Jay-Z will count several billionaires as neighbors.
