Freeze herbs in olive oil so they last longer

You, too, can save time and effort by freezing basil, oregano, thyme, and rosemary in an ice cube tray. These fresh herbs will be on hand for dinners like lasagna or pasta without having to go out of your way to find them during the off-season.

The best part about this hack is that you can make herb cubes in batches and put them in a ziplock bag when they’re frozen. Then take them out when you need them. This is far better than eating dried herbs.
