Orders will be processed within 4-6 business days and shipped by your choice of shipping method. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. We are currently shipping out orders on a rolling basis. Because of high demand, slower than usual production due to COVID-19 fulfillment could take up to 7-10 business days!
Lost or Stolen Packages
Sociopup is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided for the order. Sociopup is not responsible for orders that are delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information being provided at checkout. Please confirm your shipping address before finalizing the checkout. If you receive a confirmation email with an address that needs to be updated please contact us as soon as possible to make any changes. Once an order has shipped we cannot make any changes to your shipping address. We cannot refund shipping costs for shipments that are returned to us due to an error in the address provided & returned shipments may be subject to a restocking fee.
Returns and Exchanges
You may return or exchange items for up to 30 days after the day you receive them. We do not offer returns or exchanges on personalized products or custom blankets and pillows. To start the return process, email us at [email protected] Include your order number in the subject line of your email. In the body of your message describe the product you would like to return or exchange and the reason for your return/exchange. If you are returning an item, please include it along with the original packaging and a note listing what size you want in its place. Return shipping is free if your order was original $75 or more. Otherwise, we will deduct from your refund any fees charged by the carrier when giving us that package back. All exchanges must be shipped within 30 days of the day you received them unless stated otherwise on our site during checkout. DUE TO COVID-19, WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
